Empathy for the Deeply Unconscious
There exist minds so unconscious that their experiencing selves are not able to see their own unconsciousness. Circumstances in their life, condition their mind-behavior patterns so rigidly, that they cannot help but become puppets to their reactions and thoughts. Any attempt to shine the light of self-awareness and mindfulness is met with anger and resistance. These minds state they are in control and they don't need help, but they are unknowingly in distress and sadness. They experience swings of emotion and don't seek actual solutions to their own distress. They are not bad or evil; unfortunately, they have made the best version of a truth-seeking method they were able to muster up. These minds usually do not seek self-actualization in literature, books, videos, and friends. Odds are they haven't contemplated and questioned their own brains and reality.
They have such low capacity for introspection that they truly believe they are the victim of others cruelty. They aren't even lying to themselves or others, bur rather truly believe this is baseline reality. Many of their self-defense mechanisms have blurred the reality in front of them. They structure outcomes to fit into their current narrative so that they can walk away in peace knowing that they were once again right and others have failed them. Their emotions cloud their cognition and ability to logically problem solve and rationalize situations. They are more concerned about being right than achieving peace.
As the person on the other side, please continue to trust your methods of self-awarenss. Always systematically improve your self, your relationships, your consciousness, your actions, and your ability to understand human behavior. Do not base your progress in faith and opinion alone but continue to check the accuracy and keep other intellectuals near by; not just anyone who will take your side but someone who truly challenges your views and behaviors. These people who you can trust to give you feedback should also be consistently seeking truths and knowledge through sources of science and evidence-backed sources. Use the scientific method to test your truths and beliefs. Continue learning and devouring books and knowledge on human behavior, the human brain, and the nature of reality. Continue to seek sources and tools that will help you self-actualize and reach a more accurate perspective of reality. Make it a goal in your life to help others and bring peace through teaching by example. Do not retaliate and hurt those who hurt you, only further perpetuating the unconsciousness. That sometimes involves walking away looking and feeling like you are a villain
The road to self-improvement and mindfulness is long and tedious. Continue to think about thinking. Read the power of now by Eckert Tolle, so that you can surrender to the now and feel the peace of being. Avoid falling victim to your own unconscious mind-behavior patterns. Lastly, become a scientist of your own life. Respect others, but always observe, test, and reassess your behaviors and actions. See what works best and how to best teach and guide others into a better future for humanity.
